Set within the quiet landscape of Al Khawaneej, this private villa was conceived as a sanctuary rooted in cultural narrative and contemporary restraint.
Drawing inspiration from Emirati symbolism — the pomegranate, ghaf tree, date palm, and henna — the design translates heritage into material expression rather than ornament.
Travertine-look flooring establishes warmth and continuity, while burgundy marble accents subtly reference the richness of fresh dates. American walnut joinery introduces depth and permanence, balanced by layered planting that softens architectural lines and strengthens the connection to nature.
The spatial planning prioritises family life and well-being. A dedicated wellness suite, open kitchen, and interconnected living areas create fluid movement between gathering and retreat. Natural light is carefully controlled to enhance texture and atmosphere throughout the day.
