A beachfront residence steps from The Walk, reimagined through clarity, warmth and restraint.

Steps from The Walk, this beachfront residence in Rimal 3 reimagines contemporary seaside living through clarity, warmth, and restraint. A bespoke kitchen in Buttercup Yellow — balanced by warm wood-grain cabinetry and integrated lighting — introduces optimism without overpowering the calm composition. Throughout the apartment, terracotta, saffron, and soft amber accents are layered with intention, adding depth to clean lines and open sightlines toward the Arabian Gulf.

Custom joinery and concealed storage maintain visual serenity, allowing light and horizon to remain the protagonists. A statement artwork of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque subtly anchors the home within the UAE, bridging personal lifestyle with cultural context.

In the private quarters, the palette softens further. Textural flooring, muted textiles, and carefully edited furnishings cultivate a hotel-quiet atmosphere designed for true rest. Bathrooms continue the narrative of well-being, with microcement finishes and calibrated lighting supporting daily rituals with understated refinement.

Colour,
used with restraint.

Buttercup, terracotta and saffron layered with intention — enough optimism to warm the plan, never enough to disturb the calm.
