Originally conceived as a conventional studio apartment, this residence in The Greens was transformed into a flexible one-bedroom home inspired by the privacy, efficiency, and understated luxury of a first-class aircraft suite. Every intervention was driven by the belief that compact living should never compromise comfort, functionality, or quality of experience.
American walnut joinery defines the architectural language of the interior, creating warmth, continuity, and a strong visual identity throughout the space. Carefully integrated storage, multifunctional furniture, and layered lighting maximise every square metre while maintaining a calm, uncluttered environment. A flexible partition system allows the apartment to transition effortlessly between an open-plan studio and a private one-bedroom layout.
Designed as an investment property, the project demonstrates how intelligent interior architecture can significantly enhance both lifestyle and commercial value.
